Why are people excited about buying a new home in Margaritaville Beach Resort & Residences Playa Caracol? We can explain what we’re hearing, but one couple’s firsthand account explains it better than we could. 

Lee and Carol Thaxton of Parish, Florida have graciously agreed to share their Playa Caracol experience. They were initially attracted by the Margaritaville lifestyle they knew and loved, but soon discovered so much more than they imagined in Panama and at Playa Caracol.

Their story highlights the magnetic charm of Panama, the unmatched beauty of Playa Caracol, and the vision for an exciting, world-class coastal community coming to life along the Pacific.

First off, we don’t normally give testimonials. However, in the case of Margaritaville Playa Caracol, we feel the need to share our thoughts. 

As Americans, we were certainly aware of Margaritaville and the lifestyle that comes along with it. That is what first attracted us to potentially buying a condo in Panama. We knew the brand. But we didn’t know how special Playa Caracol and Panama are.

When we landed in Panama City, the vibe was beyond our expectations. The people there are friendly, and the city is very modern with a very diverse culture. 

We truly enjoyed everything and everyone in Panama City.

That said, what really sealed the deal for us, was the vision for Playa Caracol. When we heard the 5- and 10-year master plan for the area, it became quite evident that Playa Caracol will soon become a sought-after, world-class destination for guests from all parts of the globe.

 

It’s a blank slate. A slice of paradise that is untouched. They are dreaming about it and building it.

Imagine the vision Walt Disney had for what is now Disney World and all that it has to offer. Walt Disney first saw what a blank slate of land could become and then turned his vision into reality.

If you are reading this, you are going to want to hear directly from them, what they are envisioning. We think it’s going to be something special.

We feel this is Panama’s Disney moment. 

Over the course of the next several years, we believe in the vision they have and fully expect Playa Caracol to become the go-to destination in Latin America.

We are certainly glad we are in early and bought a 3-bedroom condo in Margaritaville pre-construction. 

We look forward to owning in Margaritaville, and participating in future projects as they develop Playa Caracol.
