The new marina at Ocean Reef Islands made the cover of the latest edition of Marina World magazine, “the media voice of the global marina industry.”

The Sept./Oct. issue features a beautiful image of the marina, illustrating why it is the most anticipated new facility in the region. You can see the wide variety of the available berths, with the fantastic Panama City skyline in the background. 

The first phase of the marina opened earlier this year and it is already a tremendous amenity for Ocean Reef residents and visitors. The completed marina will include more than 150 moorings ranging from 40 to 200 feet, providing ample space for superyachts and a wide variety of services, protected by the two man-made islands.

The marina is really a special place and it’s one of the reasons Casa del Mar, the new luxury residential development a short stroll from the marina, has been one of the most popular projects on Ocean Reef. Casa del Mar takes full advantage of its spectacular location and proximity to the marina, with designer homes that feature a nautical theme and spectacular views of Panama Bay. And, of course, all the homes and the marina are minutes from downtown Panama City.

Marina World is one of the key publications for developers, planners, and operators of marinas around the world and it’s always nice to see the Ocean Reef marina taking its place among the world’s greatest facilities.
