There are seven buildings in the development, which combines five lots on the second island of Ocean Reef, making it the largest development on the islands. Each building is oriented to take full advantage of the beautiful setting and ocean breezes. The homes are designed by famed Panamanian architect firm George Moreno and Partners, which is known for combining luxury and modern urbanism.

There are 63 apartments, ranging from 141 square meters to 350 meters. Most of the buildings will offer only two apartments per floor, although some full-floor layouts are available. Every apartment features wide decks and floor-to-ceiling windows, filling the units with natural light.
